Each product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received
The return of unpackaged, used, damaged, etc. products is not accepted. If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the price of the product will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is paid by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.
In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.
The shipping fee for the products returned in accordance with the above conditions will be paid by the customer.
Money transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card every month by your bank.
